q: What is cosmetic microblading?
a:This is also known as cosmetic tattooing or semi-permanent makeup. It is a type of eyebrow architecture. It is all about creating the best shape for each face- a completely bespoke approach for each client. This process is extremely precise thanks to the hand tool that is being used. The tool very finely implants featherweight strokes with medical grade pigment on the epidermis layer of the skin, creating fine, realistic and natural hair like strokes.

a: We will provide you with after care instructions after the procedure is complete. The most important points are to keep the area moisturized. Do not scratch or pick at the area. Avoid extreme heat and places with heat and humidity (aka hot tubs, steam rooms, pools) for 2 weeks to allow your skin to heal.
q: How long does it last?
a: The treatment is semi-permanent and will not "wash off". Based on varying factors including skin type, pigment color chosen, and lifestyle it will last anywhere from 12-18 months. It is normal to require at least one or more touch-up appointments to keep brows looking fresh.
q: What will it look like immediately after?
a: Your brows will look darker, bolder and larger for the first few days than is expected for the final result. You may experience some sensitivity. The area may be red and swollen; please keep this in mind if you have an event planned afterwards. Your tattoo will fade ~30-40% during the healing process.
